Waterproof Dog E-Collar Trainer with remote Rechargeable E-Collar for 2 Dogs

Hi weve had this collar since 5th december and it was excelent. The batteries have ran out so ive gone to refil the unit and add more liquid but now the unit isnt working at all. Please can you help as we have a baby on the way and need to ensure our dog stops jumping before the arrival.
